If you would like to contact the Governors, you can contact the Clerk to Governors, Mrs Angie Hibbitt, via the school office or via angie.hibbitt@st-faiths.lincs.sch.uk.

The Governing Body of St Faith’s Church of England

Infant and Nursery School

The Governing Body has adopted the Circle Model of Governance. It is made up of two committees: the Full Governing Body and the Resources Committee.

Full Governing Body

Co-Chairs: Mr R McCracken and Mr D Culy

Vice Chair: Mrs A Barstow

The governing body fulfil a strategic and co-ordinating role in school. They have established a number of committees to which it delegates day to day responsibility for the oversight of various aspects of the running of the school.

They also ensure that the school offers a broad and balanced curriculum in line with National requirements, review curriculum reports, monitor the views of staff, parent and pupils, review school performance data, provide strategic advice and guidance on staffing and personnel issues.

Resources Committee

the School Lettings Policy and Arrangements and the use of school premises both during and outside the school day, make recommendations to ensure that maintenance, decoration, and equipment/furniture renewal is planned and budgeted for and review the use of premises, equipment and resources and ensure they match the requirements of SDP priorities. Consider and determine the need for capital works at the school, in line with the school’s SDP and the authority’s Asset Management Plan priorities, liaising with interested parties, as appropriate and making prudent use of the school’s devolved capital budget.
