The Early Years Team have put together some resources to support transition for children and families. The resources include some top tips for how parents can support their children with key skills at home to become confident learners. There is also a link to a clip for two stories; The Worrysaurus and Breathe With Me, which you can click on to listen to the stories being read aloud for their children.
