Beetles

We are the Beetles!

A big warm welcome from the Beetle class we hope you enjoy following us on our learning journey in Reception.

Our teacher is Miss Stow and teaching assistant is Mrs Picker. They are both here to help us along on our learning journey.

* Our Learning Journey *

This term the Beetle class have chosen to learn about all things pirates! oooo arghhhh!

We are very interested to find out what a pirate is and why they existed.

When talking about all things Pirate related, the Beetle children asked the following questions:

How many Pirates are there?

How did a pirate live?

Do they still live now?

What was a ship for

*Our Christian Value*

Our value this half term is 'Justice'. During circle time and Collective Worship we shall be learning about what justice means and the differences between being fair and unfair. We are also going to be thinking about how we felt when someone has been unfair to us and how fair we are.

We use our special prayer space and prayer bear to give thanks to God or to ask for his help.
