Nursery: Caterpillars

Welcome to the Creative Caterpillars

We are the youngest children in our St.Faith's family.

We are the nursery class.

Mrs Elwell is our teacher with Mrs Leatherland and Mrs Soulsby are our teaching assistants.

Our Value this half-term is 'Justice'.

We are learning about how important it is to be kind and fair to others to ensure justice in the nursery.

We are busy learning about rhyming words and identifying initial letter sounds in words. We are learning how to blend phonemes together in our reading.

We are writing our names and learning how to write other letters of the alphabet forming our letters correctly.

We love counting and are now finding one more or one less than a given number. We are beginning to find totals too by combining two groups of objects.

We enjoy learning outdoors.
