Welcome to the Beetles!
The grown-ups in the Beetles class are Miss Murphy, Mrs De'Ath and Mrs Soulsby.
We all love teaching the Beetles and we are so proud of their achievements!
If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you!
Service in the Community
Our school value for this half term is 'Service in the Community.' We are learning all about what service means to us in our St Faith's family. We are finding out how we can show service to others, not only in our St Faith's family but beyond. If someone shows kindness and a willingness to serve others in need, to go that 'extra mile' to help others out, they are showing service to that person. We will understand why it is so important to show service to others.
All of the children and adults in school will be recognising children who show wonderful service in the community.
This is rewarded and celebrated at the end of term in our special Values Celebration Worship.
We love learning in the Beetles!
This term will be focusing on ‘Signs of Spring’ including topics such as the ideal conditions for growth, talking about how plants grow, vegetable printing, observational drawings of daffodils, learning about baby animals, reading ‘Oliver’s Vegetables’ and many, many more ideas!
In addition to this we are continuing to follow our children's interests by highlighting different areas of focus for the new term! As the weather continues to get brighter outside, so do our smiles in the Beetles!
Keep updated with our learning and our news!
