Welcome to the Beetles!
The grown-ups in the Beetles class are Miss Murphy, Mrs De'Ath and Mrs Soulsby.
We all love teaching the Beetles and we are so proud of their achievements!
If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you!
Our school value for this summer half term is 'trust.' We are learning all about what trust means to us in our St Faith's family. We are finding out how we can show that we are trustworthy, not only in our St Faith's family but beyond. Trust is essential to human life and lies at the heart of all relationships. Trust entails vulnerability, putting yourself in others’ hands. We have to trust experts - pilots, dentists, surgeons and be trustworthy ourselves.
We will understand why it is so important to show trust to others and to be trustworthy.
All of the children and adults in school will be recognising children who show that they have a clear understanding of how to trust others and how to show that they are trustworthy. They are rewarded and celebrated at the end of term in our special Values Celebration Worship.
We love learning in the Beetles!
This term we are continuing to follow our children's interests and using their wonderful ideas to enhance our learning! Now the weather is getting better we have been gardening with Mrs Soulsby. We have also explored dinosaurs, fairies, lego spaceships, superhero headquarters, Mr Men and Little Miss and police officers to name a few ideas! We have also been enjoying extra lessons such as MSP and Forest Schools. We have continued to retell our favourite stories using our Talk 4 Writing signs- Phew! Super busy but super fun! So as the weather continues to get brighter outside, so do our smiles!
Keep updated with our learning and our news!
