Butterflies

Welcome to the Butterflies Class

In the Butterflies class, our teacher is Mrs Talbot and our teaching assistant is Miss Cowap. They help us with our learning every day.

How we learn

Every day we choose our learning in the indoor and outdoor classroom. We have been introduced to the 'Explorosaur' dinosaur who is helping and encouraging us to explore all areas of the classrooms. We also have met the 'Tryosaurus' who encouraged us to try hard in all we do.

Outdoor Learning

We spend lots of time in the outdoors and enjoyed our 'Fresh Air Friday' where we planted bulbs and tidied up our garden for winter. We will be working with 'Grow Lincoln' soon to develop our gardening skills.

Dinosaurs

This term we are learning all about Dinosaurs! PC Rob has already discovered some bones in our outdoor area and Ross Rapter the palaeontologist has been helping us find out all about them.

We will also be finding out about Shrove Tuesday and Lent and celebrating World Book Day.

*Our School Value*

Our Christian value this term is 'Service in the Community'. We will think about how we can use our talents to serve others and to appreciate those who serve us.
