Justice
When we focus on Justice, we are making sure that everyone is treated equally and fairly. In the Bible, we are told that justice is about 'opening your mouth for those who can't speak for themselves' (Proverbs). Jesus' ministry speaks of hope for people who are poor and oppressed - some of his strongest critiques are spoken against the mighty and the powerful. How can you make things fair for everyone?Do you treat everyone equally? Have you ever shown courage when making the right but difficult choices?
We love learning in the Ladybirds! This term we will be learning all about ....
SPACE!
We will be listening to some great space stories such as Man on the Moon and Whatever Next! as well as reading some epic space poems. No space story is better than the time when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin stepped onto the Moon for the first time and we will be finding out all about this in our history lessons. As astronaut trainees, we will be using our scientific knowledge to test out different materials to find out which would make the best space suits. We will be using this knowledge to design the most effective space suits. To cheer us along the way, we will be listening to some amazing space related music as well as learn some space songs too.
