Reception: Beetles

Welcomtthe Beetles!

Hello and welcome!

*Meet the Beetles grown-ups*

The grown-ups in the Beetles class are Mrs Talbot, Mrs Spratt, Mrs Picker and Miss Farmer. We love teaching the Beetles and we are so proud of their achievements!

If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you!

*Our Christian Value for the term*

Our Christian value for this term is 'Compassion'.

Compassion and sympathy have much in common and both are stronger in meaning than simply ‘feeling sorry for’ someone. The words have their roots in the idea of ‘suffering with’ someone, putting yourself in someone else’s shoes and experiencing what they experience.

“I would rather make mistakes in kindness and compassion than work miracles in unkindness and hardness.”

Mother Teresa

‘Clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.’ Colossians 3:12
