Our Worship Council hold an active role in school. They work closely with Mrs Konrath and Miss Frecklington and are currently helping to develop pupil involvement during Collective Worship. The children are our 'shepherds' at the end of Collective Worship, when they help the Reception children return to their classroom.
Our Worship Council are Nelle, Ilona, Rhylee, Joel, Mason and Hannah.
Last year the Worship Council altered our whole school prayer so that the values are said at the beginning of each line. They felt it was important to emphasise the value at the beginning of each line, followed by the meaning of that value. Here is what they came up with:
Our St Faith’s Prayer
Friendship means to have fun and care,
Justice means making everything fair.
Respect means showing you can be polite,
Trust means doing things that are right.
Compassion means to show you’re kind,
Community means leaving no-one behind.
Through our values we can be,
Part of the St Faith’s family.
