Welcome to the Tigermoths!

We are a Year 1 Class who love working really hard!

Our teachers are Mrs Walton and Mrs Gill, the other adults that help out in our class are Mrs Bell and Mrs Hooton.

PAWS, CLAWS AND WHISKERS!

This term we are learning all about different animals!

We will be learning about what animals like to eat and how we can group them depending on what they eat.  We will learn about carnivores, herbivores and omnivores.

We will find out about how animals can stay safe from predators from the way that they look.  We will understand what camouflage means and create our own pictures of animals hiding in their natural habitat.

We will be having visits from Pets at Home and will be going on a trip to Woodside Wildlife Park, look out for the photos!

Our Value this term is Fairness

The bible story that we will focus on is the story of The Rich Man and Lazarus

Please Remember to send in your fairness globes, to share with us how your child is being fair at home.
